What’s the difference between SendNow & other email system?

When is the best time of the day to send an email campaign?

There’s really no right answer to the question of email sending times because it varies depending on your audience’s behavior. Do they read email at work or home? Have they signed up on your newsletter from their professional email address or personal email address? Depending on your messages; are you sending an invitation for an event or promotion with an certain date.

Do I need any special knowledge to use this product?

SendNow Email Marketing has been developed to be easy to use and will not require any special knowledge of HTML to create and send your first email Newsletter. The inbuilt WYSIWYG (What you see is what you get) editor is no different than what you would used to when sending a normal email or using a word processor (such as MS Word) with all the usual editing features such as changing typeface, color or font styles eg. italic, bold, bold italic etc.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept local cheque, bank transfer & Pay Pal.

What is the Agency Edition plan?

The Agency Edition offers a higher level of service. It allow you to send unlimited email broadcast using our powerful suite entirely under their own brand. Ideal for high volume email sender & want to create a branded e-marketing system which you can implement across your business unit.

Do I need to pay for a year up front?

Yes. Our contracts are billed annually by default. We’ve found that customers who can commit to a full year of using SendNow will be more successful marketers in the long run. Since your long-term success is our goal, we want to encourage those who practices that goal. Bottom line: Annual contracts make happier SendNow customers and WE want YOU to be HAPPY.

Do you have setup fees?

Absolutely not. All plans are annually, no setup fees, and no hidden gimmicks.

Why can’t I use normal email account to do mass email blast?

Conventional shared email hosting (abc@company.com) & free email accounts such as Gmail, Hotmail has huge limitation, the hosting company limit each company to send within hundreds of emails per hour/day. It’s not designed for large emails send out. Plus there is no indicator opened or clicked email report.
